Homemade blackcurrant wine: without vodka and alcohol

A glass of fragrant, sweet homemade blackcurrant wine – what could be better? You can make the drink with vodka, alcohol, or moonshine, or you can do without alcohol altogether – observing the correct proportions, the degree appears due to fermentation.
The recipe for homemade currant wine was published on one of the culinary blogs (vse_vyroste) on Instagram.

Ingredients:
- currants - 5 kg
- sugar - 3 kg
- water - 4 liters

Method of preparation:
1. Currants to sort and grind through a meat grinder.
2. Add sugar and water to the berries. Cover loosely and put in a dark place for 5 days for fermentation. At the same time, stir the wine 3-5 times a day.
3. After 5 days, strain the wine through cheesecloth. Pour the resulting wine into 3 liter jars. Put a latex glove on each jar. Put the wine to ferment in a dark place. Leave until the gloves fall off.
