Ingredients:
- lightly salted herring - 250-350 g
- leek - 1 pc
- boiled eggs - 5 pcs
- hard cheese - 200 g
- mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- greens for decoration

Method of preparation:
1. Layer the sliced herring on the bottom of the mold. Then add the leek sliced into half rings.

2. Spread mayonnaise and then sprinkle with finely grated eggs.

3. Add salt and pepper and spread mayonnaise again.
