In summer, there are many vegetables that can be used to make hearty and healthy snacks. And this definitely includes zucchini. It is a budget-friendly and light vegetable that goes well with any filling. A dish from this product is prepared very quickly.

Ingredients for the base:

  • zucchini - 700-800 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • flour - 4 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • salt, pepper

  • cream cheese or cottage cheese - 100 g
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • hard cheese - 50 g
  • garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • greens - 20 g
  • tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, squeeze out the excess water.

2. Add eggs, flour, sour cream and spices.

3. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, spread the dough over it and put it in a preheated oven to 180-200 degrees. Bake for an average of 35 minutes, but you need to be guided by your own oven.

5. Chop the tomatoes and bell pepper.

6. Cut the breast into cubes and fry until golden brown.

7. Take the zucchini cake out of the oven and spread it with the prepared mixture while it is still warm.
