Hearty zucchini roll: how to prepare this versatile dish
Zucchini can be used to make not only pancakes and casseroles but even a hearty roll. The soft and juicy texture of the vegetable allows you to fry full-fledged pancakes. They are perfect for wrapping a wide variety of fillings.

Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- milk - 1 tbsp.
- flour (whole grain can be used) - 1 tbsp.
Ingredients for the filling:
- cream cheese
- tuna
- cucumber
Method of preparation:
1. Grate zucchini through a fine grater, salt and leave for 10 minutes.
2. Squeeze out excess moisture well.
3. Add egg, milk and flour and mix.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Brush with vegetable oil. Pour the zucchini mass and spread it over the entire surface with a spatula. Fry on both sides.
5. Put the filling on the edge of the pancake and roll it up.
