Hearty potato pancakes with a secret: be sure to add this delicious filling
Classic potato pancakes will taste much better if you add minced meat. Meat will make the products much more satisfying and juicy. After frying, they will need to be baked.

Ingredients for the filling:
- minced meat - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, dried garlic, pepper
Ingredients for the pancakes:
- potatoes - 600 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 2 tbsp
- salt, pepper
- butter - 10 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add grated or finely chopped onion to the minced meat.
2. Add salt, dried garlic and pepper.
3. Stir and beat off.
4. Make cutlets and put them in the refrigerator.
5. Grate the potatoes and onions.
5. Add 2 eggs, salt, pepper, and flour and mix.
6. Spoon the dough on the frying pan, top with the cutlets and cover with dough.
7. When the bottom is fried, turn over. Put the finished pancakes on a paper towel.
8. Put them in a parchment-lined baking dish, put a piece of butter on top of each and bake for 20 minutes.
9. If desired, you can sprinkle them with hard cheese.
