Hearty lasagna with minced meat in minutes: how to cook the perfect dish for lunch

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 900 g (veal and beef)
  • onion - 180 g
  • carrots - 180 g
  • oil + oil for frying
  • tomato puree - 500 g
  • salt, pepper, herbs of Provence

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • milk - 700 ml.
  • flour - 70 g
  • butter - 70 g
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • lasagna sheets - 12-16 pcs.
  • hard cheese or mozzarella - 80 g

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the oil into the frying pan.

2. Add finely chopped onions and carrots, fry for 7 minutes, stirring.

3. Add the minced meat.

4. Stir fry for 7-10 minutes.

5. Add salt, pepper and herbs of Provence to the tomato puree.

6. Stir and simmer over low heat under a lid for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

7. For the bechamel sauce, heat a saucepan and melt the butter in it.

8. Add the flour and mix thoroughly with a whisk.

9. Pour in the milk and stir constantly with a whisk.

10. Add spices, salt, pepper, and always nutmeg.

11. Stirring, cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

12. Spread the bottom with bechamel sauce, put lasagna sheets, then a layer of meat, a layer of bechamel sauce and repeat. It turns out to be 3 layers.

13. Pour the top layer of baking sheets with bechamel as well.

14. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top.

15. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
