Ingredients:
- minced meat - 900 g (veal and beef)
- onion - 180 g
- carrots - 180 g
- oil + oil for frying
- tomato puree - 500 g
- salt, pepper, herbs of Provence
Ingredients for the sauce:
- milk - 700 ml.
- flour - 70 g
- butter - 70 g
- salt, pepper, nutmeg
- lasagna sheets - 12-16 pcs.
- hard cheese or mozzarella - 80 g
Method of preparation:
Prepare the roast

1. Pour the oil into the frying pan.
2. Add finely chopped onions and carrots, fry for 7 minutes, stirring.
3. Add the minced meat.

4. Stir fry for 7-10 minutes.
5. Add salt, pepper and herbs of Provence to the tomato puree.
6. Stir and simmer over low heat under a lid for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
