Ingredients:
- eggplants - 500 g
- minced chicken fillet - 500 g
- tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- hard cheese - 180 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves.
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp.
- oil - 4 tbsp.
- salt, pepper, herbs.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut eggplants into plates, grease with vegetable oil.
2. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
3. Fry the onion and garlic in a drop of vegetable oil.
4. Add minced meat and spices, cook for about 5 more minutes.
5. Scald the tomatoes with boiling water.
6. Remove skin, cut into cubes.
7. Add to the mince along with the tomato paste. Braise for about 10 minutes more.
8. Arrange in layers: eggplant, stuffing, eggplant, stuffing.
9. Sprinkle grated cheese on top, add alternate halves.
10. Send to the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
