A light and satisfying salad

The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious, light, and satisfying salad made with bulgur, chickpeas, vegetables, and herbs.

How to make a delicious salad from bulgur

Ingredients:

  • cucumbers
  • 400 g of chickpeas (washed and dried)
  • 1 cup of bulgur
  • 1/2 cup of chopped feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of peeled pistachios
  • 1/4 cup of red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

Method of preparation:

1. Dice the cucumbers, and chop the herbs.

2. Finely chop the red onion and chop the pistachios.

3. Pour boiling water over the bulgur and leave until the water is completely absorbed.
