Traditional pancakes are fluffy and high-calorie, but they can be made healthier. To do this, add pumpkin to the batter.
The idea of making healthy pumpkin pancakes was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Victoria with the nickname vika.allison.

Ingredients:
- baked pumpkin - 240 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 60 ml

- butter/coconut oil/ghee - 30 g
- flour - 90 g
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp.

- cinnamon - 1.5 tsp.
- sweetener (optional)
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-bake or boil the pumpkin.
2. Beat all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
3. Fry in a preheated non-stick pan over low heat.
