- pumpkin - 300 g
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- milk - 400-500 g
- fresh basil - 1-2 sprigs

Method of preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large cubes, cut the carrots into slices, and put them in a saucepan.
2. Peel and dice the pumpkin in the same way as the other vegetables and put it in the saucepan, cook all the vegetables until tender.
3. Put the cooked vegetables in a blender and blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk and bring to a boil. Blend until the soup is smooth.
4. Pour the soup into bowls and add a few basil leaves and pumpkin seeds to taste.
