Australian nutritionist Rebecca Hawthorne has revealed how to make healthy pancakes with just two ingredients. She shared the recipe on her Instagram.

According to her, you only need two eggs and a super-ripe banana. We would like to add that overripe bananas that have already started to darken are ideal for this recipe.

"If you want to make the pancakes more fluffy, you can add a few tablespoons of oatmeal or buckwheat or whole wheat flour to the mixture," Rebecca wrote.

You will need:

  • eggs – 2 pcs
  • large ripe banana – 1 pc
  • vegetable oil – for greasing

How to cook:

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  2. Mash the banana with a fork and mix with the egg.
  3. Heat a non-stick frying pan and grease it a little with vegetable oil. Pour pancakes with a spoon and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Rebecca recommends serving these pancakes with fresh fruit and berries and pouring over natural yogurt, maple syrup, honey, or lemon juice mixed with brown sugar.
