Ingredients:

  • ghee - 75 g (or room temperature butter)
  • cottage cheese - 100 g
  • dried apricots - 50 g
  • orange - 1 piece (zest)
  • flour - 120 g
  • cookie cutters

Method of preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over the dried apricots for 15 minutes.

2. Drain.

3. Beat butter, cheese, dried apricots and orange zest in a blender.

4. Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

5. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for an hour.

6. Roll out the dough into a medium-thick layer.
