Healthy apple pancakes on yogurt: the dough is very fluffy and does not spread

Pancakes can be not only delicious but also healthy. To do this, make them based on apples and yogurt. The dough will be fluffy and won't spread all over the pan. You can serve them with your favorite seasonal fruits and berries.

The idea of cooking basic apple pancakes was published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Oleksandra Yashchuk (nutritionist_yashchuk). The expert advises to use a sugar substitute instead of regular sugar – it will be healthier.

Ingredients:

  • small apples - 2 pcs.
  • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • natural yogurt - 160 g
  • flour - 140 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • sugar or substitute - 1-1.5 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Peel and grate the apples.

2. Add the egg and mix.

3. Add the yogurt and mix.

4. Add baking powder and flour, mix well.

5. Put on a preheated and oiled frying pan.

6. Fry on both sides over low heat (below medium so that they are cooked in the middle).

7. You can cook under the lid.
