Healthy and delicious pumpkin and chocolate muffins in 30 minutes: the perfect dough recipe
Muffins are a delicious, flavorful, easy-to-make dessert. They are almost always based on fluffy dough, which determines the taste and structure of the dish. For a bright flavor, add berries, chocolate, fruit, raisins, nuts, spices, and dried fruits to the dough.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 100 g
- vanilla sugar - 10 g
- salt - 1/4 tsp.
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp.
- pumpkin puree - 200 g
- milk - 60 ml
- baking powder - 12 g
- flour - 250 g
- sunflower oil - 90 ml
- dark chocolate - 1 bar
Method of preparation:
1. Bake the pumpkin at 200 C until soft, then beat with a blender until smooth.
2. For the dough: mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, mashed baked pumpkin, add the oil and mix well again.
3. Next, sift the flour, add the baking powder, cinnamon, warm milk, knead the dough to make it have the consistency of thick sour cream, add the chopped chocolate and mix. But leave some of the chocolate to decorate the muffins.
4. Fill the silicone molds 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 20 minutes at 190 °C.
You can eat the finished dish right away!
