Foodblogger with the nickname cook_with_me_at_home in Instagram told what exactly appetizers to wine she prefers. It turned out that the combination of pear and Dor bleu cheese goes best with it.

Ingredients

  • Pear - 1 pc
  • Dor Bleu cheese - 100 gr.
  • Jamon - 100 g
  • Rucolo
  • Honey

Preparation method

1. Cut pear and cheese into bars.

2. Place three feathers of rucola, a slice each of cheese and a pear on the jamon, roll up.

3. Pour liquid honey over the top.

4. Instead of pear you can use melon or slightly grilled peach.
