It's very easy to make delicious, crispy chicken wings in a skillet. Add spicy teriyaki sauce and grated garlic. The meat will be soft inside and golden brown on top.

Ingredients:

  • wings - 500 g
  • teriyaki sauce - 200 ml.
  • salt/pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Rinse the chicken wings well.

2. Remove excess skin and cut off the thin tip of the wing.

3. Also cut each wing in half.

4. Heat a frying pan and pour in the oil for frying.

5. Put the chicken wings in a frying pan and fry over medium heat for up to 10 minutes.

6. Turn the wings over so that they are evenly cooked on each side.

13. Reduce the heat and fry until the meat is cooked for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.

14. Serve the wings in a large plate, garnished with sesame seeds and finely chopped green onions.
