Gluten-free berry pie: how to prepare so that everyone likes it

Summer is finally here. This means it's time to start eating a variety of seasonal fruits and berries on a regular basis. You can eat them raw, make compotes, and prepare various desserts.
The recipe for the latter was shared on Instagram by food blogger Lisa Hlinska. She explained how to make a berry pie that is suitable even for people with gluten intolerance.
Ingredients for a d18cm mold
- 15-20% sour cream - 120 g
- sugar - 120 g
- oil - 60 ml
- eggs - 150 g
- almond flour - 230 g
- baking powder - 5 g
- blueberries or other berries to taste - 150 g
Method of preparation
1. Mix sour cream, oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl with a whisk.
2. Add almond flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
3. Add blueberries or other berries.
4. Bake in a preheated oven to 170 degrees with convection for 40-45 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries.
