This chop can feed a whole company. It is hearty, large, and very tasty. This is the perfect dish for a festive dinner or lunch. And if you have chicken fillet in the freezer and don't know what to cook with it, it's time to make giant battered chops.

Cooking a chop in batter

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 400 g
  • salt, pepper
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • milk - 2 tbsp. 
  • flour - 50 g
  • breadcrumbs - 100 g
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
Cooking process

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and dry the chicken fillet.

2. Cut lengthwise into slices.

3. Cover with cling film, and beat off well.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Break the eggs into one bowl, season with salt and pepper, grate the garlic, pour the milk, and whisk.

6. Put flour in another bowl, and add salt. Add breadcrumbs and chopped parsley to the third.

7. Dredge the fillets in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown on both sides.
