Ingredients:
- chicken - 1-1.5 kg
- onions - 3 pcs
- butter - 30 g
- vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- lemon - 1 pc
- eggs - 4 pcs
- corn flour - 3-4 tbsp
- turmeric - 1\2 tsp.
- coriander - 1\2 tsp.
- bay leaves - 2 pcs
- allspice - 3 pcs
- parsley, dill
- salt, pepper
- cilantro \ dried mint

Method of preparation:
1. To prepare the broth, cut the chicken, cover it with water, put it on the fire and bring to a boil.
2. Then drain the water, pour in new water, add bay leaves, salt and allspice. Boil the broth for 1-2 hours.
3. Meanwhile, chop the onion, fry with butter and vegetable oil until transparent.

4. Add turmeric, coriander and flour to the onion. Fry for 1 minute.
5. Add a few ladles of broth to the frying.
6. Beat eggs with lemon juice in a separate bowl.
7. Remove the chicken from the broth, separate the meat from the bones and return the meat to the broth.
