Funchoza is a noodle that is cooked mainly in Asian countries. It is made from beans, starch, and rice. The product itself does not have a distinct flavor – it is revealed in combination with other ingredients and spices. It is best to cook such noodles in the fall because it is the season of various vegetables that will be a great addition to funchoza.

How to cook funchoza correctly
- These noodles should be boiled in plenty of water.
- Add oil to the boiling water to prevent the product from sticking together.
- Funchoza cannot be stored for a long time when cooked in the open air – it simply turns into a big lump. Therefore, you need to boil as many servings as you can eat at 1 time.
- If the noodles become transparent with a grayish tint, they are ready.
- After cooking, the product should be immediately cooled under running water or put on ice.
- Only ready-made funchoza can be cut.

Funchoza with meat and vegetables
Ingredients:
- Funchoza - 200 g
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Onion -1 pc.
- Carrot -1 pc.
- Bell pepper - 2 pcs (different colors)
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Soy sauce -150 ml
- Cucumbers - 2-3 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Salt, pepper, sesame seeds, spices - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the fillet and fry in vegetable oil. Add spices.
- Cut the vegetables lengthwise.
- Fry the breast with onions and carrots, and add bell pepper.
- Pour boiling water over the funchoza for 7 minutes, and rinse with cold water. Fry until tender.
- Put the cooked funchoza with meat and vegetables on a plate, and add soy sauce, garlic, and tomatoes. Mix everything thoroughly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds when serving.

Ingredients for sweet funchoza
Ingredients:
- Funchoza - 50 g
- Apple - 1/2 pc
- Raisins - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Cranberries - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Roasted seeds or nuts - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Butter - 30 g
- Powdered sugar and cinnamon - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Prepare the funchoza according to the instructions on the package (each is cooked differently).
- Cut apples, and fry with cranberries in butter.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
- Soak the raisins in boiling water for a while, and pour them into the funchoza. Add nuts or seeds.
