An outdoor barbecue is definitely not complete without fresh and juicy vegetables. And it will be much tastier to serve them in a marinated form. It takes only 30 minutes to marinate tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • onions - 2-3 pcs.
  • parsley - a bunch

Ingredients for the marinade:

  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • soy sauce 3 tbsp.
  • sunflower oil - 3 tbsp
  • salt - 0.5 tsp
  • paprika - 0.5 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes and onions into slices.

2. Chop the greens.

3. Put layers in the tray.

4. Pour the sauce over everything (combine all the ingredients).

5. Stir the garlic that remains on top when you spoon it over the tomatoes a little so that it gets inside.

6. Close the lid.

7. Shake a little and put in a cold place for 30 minutes. Shake from time to time to ensure that the sauce soaks into all the tomatoes.
