For those on a diet: a delicious dessert with chocolate and bananas
Everyone loves delicious desserts, regardless of age. But if you're on a diet, it doesn't mean you have to give up delicious desserts entirely; you can simply prepare familiar dishes in a new way by replacing sugar and flour with other ingredients.
Cook Yevheniia Karpiuk shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious pumpkin, banana, and bran dessert that can be served with chocolate.
Ingredients:
- boiled pumpkin – 400 g
- dark chocolate – 4-6 slices
- bananas – 2 pcs.
- eggs – 2 pcs.
- cocoa – 2 tbsp
- bran – 30 g
- vegetable milk – 20 ml
- salt – a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Put the bananas, bran, cocoa, eggs, cocoa, salt, and boiled pumpkin in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Put the dough in silicone molds or one, bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C. Let it cool.
3. Put the chocolate in a saucepan, cover with milk, and melt in a water bath.
4. Pour the finished dessert with chocolate or garnish with berries, and refrigerate overnight.
It is worth noting that this dessert contains 750 kcal. In one piece – a maximum of 120.
