For soups: cauliflower and broccoli pie in 35 minutes
A pie is an ideal dessert for tea, and it can also be a great alternative to bread if it has a salty filling. The basis of all pies is dough; it can be made with or without yeast, and it can also be a simple pita bread.

Ingredients:
- broccoli - 500 g
- cauliflower - 500 g
- carrots - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Filling:
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- milk - 400 g
- flour - 150 g
- baking powder - 10 g
- oil - 4 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp without a slide
- pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Divide the cauliflower and broccoli into florets, boil in water for 3-4 minutes.
2. Dice the onion and fry in a little oil until golden brown.
3. Grate the carrots and fry with the onion for another 2 minutes.
4. Put the cabbage florets, sautéed vegetables, salt and pepper in the baking dish, mix and smooth.
5. Filling: in a bowl, mix eggs, salt, and pepper, whisk lightly, pour in milk, and oil, add flour and baking powder, and mix again until smooth.
6. Pour the remaining filling over the vegetables, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C.
