Kruchenyky are very juicy meat rolls with a filling. Pork is the best choice for them. You can put spinach inside, as well as a piece of hard cheese. The products are ideal for any side dish for lunch.

Ingredients:

  • pork chop - 7 pieces
  • spinach - 100 g
  • hard cheese - 100 g
  • mushrooms - 3 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - 100 g
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Use a hammer to pound the sliced meat.

2. Season each piece of meat with salt and pepper on both sides.
