Food sticks to the pan: how to fix the situation
Almost every housewife is familiar with the situation when food sticks to the pan or even burns. And even the most modern equipment tends to deteriorate and lose its properties over time. But there are a few simple ways to help solve the problem.
The FoodOboz editorial team has gathered information for you and will tell you what to do to prevent food from sticking to the pan while frying.
So, before frying, experienced chefs advise heating the pan with salt or apple cider vinegar.
Salt
1. First, heat the pan well.
2. Add 3-4 tablespoons of salt. Stirring occasionally, fry the salt until it changes color.
3. After that, remove the salt completely from the surface, and heat a little oil in the pan itself.
4. Finally, cool the pan slightly and wipe it with paper towels.
Apple cider vinegar
To use this method, you need to pour a little vinegar into the pan. Heat the pan until the liquid evaporates. After that, you can start cooking.
Alternatively, you can also use parchment, which you'll probably find in your kitchen.
It's simple: put a sheet of parchment with a diameter equal to the bottom of the pan, then pour in the oil and put the food in. Fry in the usual way.
