Ingredients for pampushkas:

  • live yeast - 30 g
  • milk - 250 ml.
  • flour - 450
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • oil - 3 tbsp.

Ingredients for the dressing:

  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • dill - 1 bunch
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • water - 50 ml.
  • salt - a pinch

1. Grind the yeast with sugar and wait 5 minutes, add warm milk, stir and leave the dough for 10 minutes.

2. Add the egg, salt and 3 tbsp of flour.

3. Mix, add the oil and gradually add the flour. Mix well.

4. Leave in a warm place under a towel for up to an hour.

5. Divide the dough into 2 parts.

6. Roll one part into a sausage and divide into 8 parts. Each piece weighs about 50 grams.

7. Grease the dish in which the pampushkas will be baked with vegetable oil. Form balls and place 1 cm apart.

8. Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.

9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

10. For the dressing, chop the dill, squeeze the garlic, add the oil, water and salt.
