Fluffy pumpkin buns: how to make unusual pastries

Ingredients:
- pumpkin puree - 4 tbsp
- sour cream, yogurt - 4 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- Ghee or butter - 1 tsp
- corn flour - 100 g
- whole wheat flour - 100 g
- baking powder - 2 g
- flour for rolling - 1 tbsp
- sesame seeds, almond flakes
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the pumpkin and beat it with a blender until it becomes puree.
2. Mix the pumpkin puree, sour cream or yogurt, 1 egg, and egg white with a whisk, add flour and baking powder, and knead the dough with your hands – it should not stick to your hands.
3. The amount of flour may vary depending on the size of the egg, the fat content of the sour cream, and the juiciness of the pumpkin, so be guided by the dough, which should be like regular buns.
4. Add a little plain flour for rolling and form a ball with your hands, put it on a silicone mat, grease it with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds and almond flakes.
5. Put in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes.
