Fluffy muffins in a cup: cooked in the microwave
If you don't have time to bake or knead the dough, it's a great idea to make quick muffins in the microwave They turn out very fluffy and fragrant. And most importantly, they take only 3 minutes to cook.
The idea of making fluffy muffins in a slow cooker was shared by pastry chef Liliia Tsvit (lilijatsvit) on Instagram.
Ingredients for chocolate cupcakes:
- eggs – 1 pc
- sugar – 2 tbsp (30 g)
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- milk – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- oil – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- all-purpose flour – 2 tbsp (40 g)
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp
- cocoa – 8 g
Ingredients for vanilla cupcakes:
- eggs – 1 pc
- sugar – 2 tbsp (30 g)
- vanilla sugar – 1 tsp
- milk – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- oil – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- flour – 3 tbsp (50 g)
- baking powder – 0.5 tsp
Method of preparation:
1. Add sugar to the eggs and mix well.
2. Pour milk and oil and mix well again.
3. Sift in the flour and cocoa and knead into a liquid dough.
4. Pour into cups, filling them halfway.
5. Put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
6. For vanilla, do the same, but replace the cocoa with the appropriate amount of flour.
7. You can add a variety of berry fillings or chocolate to the muffins.
