Ingredients:

  • 400-500 g of cottage cheese 9%
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp of semolina
  • 2 tsp honey (or any other sweetener)
  • a pinch of vanilla

Method of preparation:

1. Add eggs, honey, semolina, vanilla to the cottage cheese and mix well with a spoon or whisk with a blender.
