Fluffy cottage cheese casserole without flour: how to cook

The perfect cottage cheese pudding should be fluffy and tender. But it often happens that when there is too much flour, the texture of the dessert becomes too clogged. To avoid this, you can replace it with semolina. You can also add kefir.

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese for making a casserole
  • cottage cheese – 500 g
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • kefir – 70 ml
  • semolina – 30 g
  • sugar – to taste
  • vanillin

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the semolina with kefir.

2. Beat this mass with cottage cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla in a blender.

3. Pour into a baking dish. The mold should be 16-18 cm in size, grease with vegetable oil, or lay parchment.

4. Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes, until golden brown.

5. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
