Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese from 5%
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp of sour cream
  • 100 ml of cream (any fat content)

Method of preparation:

1. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, add eggs, sugar, sour cream, and cream.
