Cottage cheese casserole is a dish for any occasion. It can be a complete breakfast, a snack, or just a dessert. And if you use the following technology, you won't have to add flour, so the casserole will also be low in calories.

The idea of making a healthy cottage cheese casserole without flour was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Zhanna Humeniuk (kotlet tkaa). It's delicious to add juicy nectarines to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g
  • dates - 5-7 pcs.
  • semolina - 2 tbsp.
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • nectarine - 1 pc.
  • sour cream - 20-30 g

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the cottage cheese, dates, and eggs until smooth.

2. Add the semolina and mix again.

3. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with semolina.

3. Put the sliced nectarine on the bottom of the mold.

4. Put the curd mass on top, and cover with sour cream over the entire surface so that the casserole does not crack.

5. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
