A variant of healthy and satisfying pastries is a cottage cheese casserole. It will be the perfect addition to tea or coffee for breakfast. The dish is quite satisfying and will give you energy for the whole day. It is delicious to add a variety of dried berries to the dough.

The idea of making a fluffy cottage cheese casserole with berries was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yulia Symonchuk (cook julija simonchuk). The cottage cheese must be whipped with a blender into a homogeneous mass.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • freeze-dried berries - 30-40 g
  • sour cream 20% - 150 g
  • sugar - 70 -100 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • corn starch - 40 g
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

1. Add all the ingredients (eggs, sugar, sour cream, starch, salt) to the cottage cheese except the berries.

2. Beat with a blender until smooth. Adjust the sugar to taste or leave it out.

3. Put in a silicone mold greased with oil.

4. Sprinkle with berries between layers.

5. Put in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 45-55 minutes.

6. Let it cool, put the berries on top.

7. Drizzle with topping, honey or chocolate.
