Fluffy banana pancakes in 10 minutes: the easiest recipe for a successful dough
Homemade pancakes can be made with apples and bananas as a base. To make them fluffy, cooks advise adding baking soda or baking powder to the flour.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, fluffy pancakes with bananas, and only one egg for the dough.
Ingredients:
- 300 ml of 2.5% yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 10 g of vanilla sugar
- 200 g of flour
- 1/2 tsp of baking soda
- 3-4 tbsp of sunflower oil (for frying)
- a pinch of salt
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the flour, baking soda, salt into a bowl, add the egg, sugar and vanilla sugar, mix.
2. Pour in 300 ml of kefir and mix.
3. Peel the banana and grate it or mash it with a fork. Mix thoroughly to make a thick, homogeneous dough.
4. Heat a frying pan with oil and add the dough by tablespoonfuls. In total, you will need 3-4 tbsp of oil for frying. Fry the pancakes until a beautiful golden crust forms.
Serve with honey, sour cream, condensed milk or any jam to taste.
