Who doesn't love delicious, airy, flavorful pies with various fillings, ranging from salty to sweet – fruit, cottage cheese. But it's worth noting that this dish can be prepared without a gram of flour, just like pizza.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs
  • Cottage cheese – 250 g
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour – 3 tbsp
  • Parsley – 1 sprig
  • Dill – 1 sprig
  • Salt, black pepper – a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Boil the potatoes, peel, chop, and throw them into a blender.
  2. Add eggs, cottage cheese, dill, parsley, flour, salt, and pepper, and beat until smooth.
  3. Use your hands to form patties and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.

Serve hot with sour cream, and sprinkle with sesame seeds or herbs on top.
