Cottage cheese pancakes or syrnyky are the easiest, tastiest and healthiest breakfast dish. It is easy to prepare - you just need to choose quality cottage cheese and add eggs and semolina instead of flour so that they are light and airy.

Syrnyky will turn out very tender and airy.

Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g
  • eggs - 1-2 pcs
  • sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • semolina - 1.5 tbsp
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 tsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • any berries - 100 g

Method of preparation:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and semolina and mix thoroughly. Leave for 5-10 minutes. The semolina will swell during this time.
  2. Form the syrnyky with your hands, put them in a baking dish, grease with sour cream on top, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Beat the berries in a blender, grind through a sieve to remove any seeds, cook in a saucepan with sugar until boiling, and pour over the finished pancakes.
You can take any berries for the sauce to your liking.

The dish is best served hot with berry sauce, condensed milk, or delicious jam.
