Ingredients:

  • apples
  • cherry/currant/raspberry leaves (cherry leaves are used in the recipe)
  • water - 0.5 liters
  • salt - 1 tbsp
  • honey - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put cherry leaves on the bottom of the jar (3 liters).

2. Put the apples.

3. For the brine, dissolve the salt and honey in water. Pour the resulting mass into a jar.

4. Then fill the jar to the top with water.
