Ingredients:

  • pears - 2 pcs
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • sugar - 110 g
  • flour - 240-250 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 p
  • salt - a pinch
  • brown sugar - 150 g
  • butter - 70 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the pears into thin half rings.

2. Prepare the caramel base.

3. To do this, combine sugar and butter, bring to a boil and remove from heat (sugar should melt).

4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and put the pears on top.

5. For the dough, combine butter and sugar in a separate bowl and beat for 3 minutes.

6. Then add the eggs one by one and beat well again.

7. Add salt, vanilla and baking powder to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

8. Then gradually add the flour and mix well with a spatula.

9. Put the dough into the mold and flatten it.

10. Bake at 190 degrees for 45 minutes.

11. Take out of the oven and let it cool in the mold for about 20 minutes.

12. Then remove, turning it over onto a plate.
