Elementary strawberry cake without baking: based on ordinary cookies

A delicious birthday cake doesn't have to be baked. For dessert, you can use ordinary cookies and delicate cream. Juicy strawberries are the perfect match for these ingredients.

The idea of making an elementary no-bake cookie cake is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname smak_nata. Once you have formed the dessert, you just need to put it in the fridge.

Ingredients:

• shortbread cookies – 36 pcs.
• strawberries
• milk chocolate – 85 g

Ingredients for the cream:

• sour cream 20% – 400 g
• mascarpone – 200 g
• cream 33% – 200 g
• sugar – 60 g
• vanillin

Method of preparation:

1. Combine sour cream, mascarpone, cream, sugar, vanilla with a mixer until fluffy and smooth.

2. Spread a little cream on the dish to fix the bottom layer of cookies.

3. Put 6 pieces of biscuits, cream on top, smooth, spread strawberry slices.

4. Then a layer of cookies, cream, and grated chocolate. Then repeat the process.

5. Spread the cream on the 6th layer of cookies and on the sides.

6. Use a fork to make wavy sides.

7. Sprinkle with chocolate chips, and garnish with strawberries and mint. Put the cake in the refrigerator.
