Elementary raspberry panna cotta: how to make at home

Panna cotta is a delicate dessert with milk and fruit layers. It is especially popular in the summer, as there is a wide variety of seasonal ingredients. It tastes very good with raspberries.

The idea of making panna cotta with raspberries and coffee was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Ksenia Boiko (ksusha_boiko),

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • milk - 200 g
  • sugar - 3 tsp
  • gelatin - 5 tsp.
  • dissolved coffee - 2 tsp
  • raspberry jam (pitted) or juice - 3 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour gelatin with 1 tbsp of cold water, leave to swell.

2. Heat the milk and sugar. Do not boil.

3. Dilute the coffee in one tbsp of milk.

4. Heat the gelatin: you can use a steam bath or microwave for 10-15 seconds.

5. Add 2 tsp of heated gelatin to the jam, 2 tsp to the milk, and 1 tsp to the coffee. You can use a strainer to avoid lumps.

6. Pour into the bowls one by one. It can be divided into 4 layers or two.

7. Put each layer in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it hardens.

8. Leave the last layer of pan-cote for 1 hour.

9. Decorate to taste.
