If you have a pita - you can make a hearty dish out of it in just 5 minutes without too much effort. Add a delicious cottage cheese filling inside. This will make envelopes that you just have to fry.

Ingredients:
- sour milk curd - 200-300 g
- hard cheese - 70 g
- sour cream 2-3 tbsp.
- dill
- spices
- pita - 2 sheets
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- water - 50 ml.
- frying oil

1. Cut the pita into ribbons. This comes out to 8 pieces.
2. Combine the sour milk cheese with the grated hard cheese.

3. Add dill, spices and sour cream (add more if cheese is dry).

4. Stir and place on the pita to form envelopes.

5. Beat the eggs, add salt and a little water.
Fry the envelopes in a frying pan

6. Dip the envelopes in the batter and fry until golden over medium heat.
7. The envelopes can be cut in half to serve.
