Elementary pancakes in a pan: they are much easier to prepare than cheesecakes

If your cheesecakes always fall apart and stick to the pan, try to make cottage cheese pancakes. The dough for them is much easier to prepare. You will spend much less time on this dish.

The idea of making fluffy cottage cheese pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Victoria with the nickname cook with me at home. You can eat them with jam or just fruit.

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - 2-3 tbsp
  • salt - a pinch
  • kefir - 150 g
  • cottage cheese - 200 g
  • flour - 180 g
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Add sugar and salt to the eggs and beat with a whisk.

2. Then add kefir, mix.

3. Mix the cottage cheese until smooth and lump-free, as if rubbing cottage cheese.

4. Sift the flour, put the baking soda on top, and mix again until smooth.

5. Put the pancakes in a frying pan heated with oil and fry on both sides over medium heat.

6. It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature. If from the refrigerator, let the finished dough stand for 20 minutes. Do not stir the finished dough anymore, carefully pick it up with a spoon and fry the pancakes.
