Cook Olha shared a recipe for a delicious Five-Minute Cake made with cookies, delicate custard, and berries that takes only 10 minutes to prepare on Instagram.

Ingredients:

• "Ears" puff cookies – 800 g

• eggs – 2 pcs

• butter – 100 g
• milk – 600 ml

• sugar – 1 cup
• flour – 4 tbsp

• salt – a pinch
• vanilla – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Custard: beat eggs with sugar and milk, add flour, salt, vanilla, butter, put on fire, and be sure to stir so that the mixture does not burn. Cool the finished cream.

2. Put the cookies on the bottom of the mold, pour the cream on top, and repeat with the remaining cookies and cream.

3. Sprinkle the cake with cookie crumbs and add the berries.
