Eggplants like mushrooms: sharing a recipe for a delicious appetizer in 15 minutes
Eggplant is one of the easiest vegetables to cook. It can be deliciously baked, salted, made into salads, grilled, and used to make delicious caviar for the winter. They are also fermented and made into hot sauces, as well as canned with spices and garlic.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious eggplant with spices and garlic that tastes like mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- eggplants – 5 pcs.
- onion – 1 pc.
- garlic – 2 cloves
- sour cream – 4 tbsp
- salt, pepper – to taste
- greens – a bunch
- oil for frying
How to cook:
1. Wash the eggplants, cut them into cubes, salt, and leave them to stand for 10-15 minutes to remove the bitterness.
2. Pour the oil into a frying pan, fry the eggplant, and add the chopped onion and spices.
3. After 5 minutes, add sour cream and chopped herbs, if desired, and fry for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Serve the dish cold, it will be much tastier.
