Egg rolls for a snack: a recipe for a healthy and tasty dish in 10 minutes
Eggs can be used to make many delicious, hearty, quick, and healthy dishes, including scrambled eggs, omelets, and poached eggs. Eggs can also be used to make rolls and cakes with various fillings.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious egg rolls with cream cheese, sesame seeds, and herbs on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 4 small cucumbers or 2 medium ones
- cream cheese
- salt to taste
- sesame seeds
- dill and parsley for decoration
- oil for frying
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt.
2. Heat a frying pan, brush with a thin layer of oil pour a portion of the mixture, form a thin pancake, and fry on both sides (+/- a minute). Thus, fry the entire egg mass.
3. Cut the cucumber into thin slices (if the skin is too hard, peel the cucumber).
4. Put a portion of cream cheese, and cucumber, sprinkle with sesame seeds to taste, and roll up the roll. Cut the roll into small portions and place on a plate. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and add fresh dill and parsley.
