Egg and potato omelette for a quick and satisfying breakfast: sharing an original recipe
According to experts, breakfast is the main meal that should be as balanced, hearty, healthy, and tasty as possible. It is best to prepare eggs and cottage cheese dishes in the morning.
Food expert Svitlana Levitskaya shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious potato omelet, which is cooked in the oven and is healthy and easy.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 800 g
- Quail eggs - 24 pcs.
- Cream cheese - 100 g
- Cream 10% - 50 ml
- A bunch of green onions
- A bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, remove excess liquid, salt and pepper.
2. Put the potatoes in a greased split mold so that there are sides, put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 200 C.
3. Beat the eggs with cream, add chopped herbs, grated cheese, pepper, and pour into the baked potato cake, put in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 C.
4. Let the dish cool down a bit, cut into pieces and you're ready to eat!
