Recipe for zucchini rolls.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs.

  • garlic - 2 cloves.

  • fresh spinach - 80 g

  • ricotta cheese - 250 g

  • fresh basil - 2 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash the zucchini and cut it into slices.
