Easy no-bake chocolate dessert: an elementary alternative to sweet sausage
This dessert is prepared faster than any cake or even the famous chocolate sausage. It is based on a milk chocolate mass that holds its shape with the help of a regular milk or kefir bag. Just a few simple manipulations, a little time and you will get an unrealistically tasty and sweet addition to your favorite warming drinks.

Ingredients:
- milk – 400 ml + 100 ml
- sugar – 100 g
- salt – 1 pinch
- cocoa powder – 30 g (2 tbsp)
- dark chocolate – 90 g (1 bar)
- agar-agar – 10 g (2 tsp) + 30 ml of water
- cocoa for decoration
Method of preparation:
1. Pour the milk into a saucepan.
2. Add 100 g of sugar and 1/4 tsp of salt.
3. Heat over medium heat.
4. Add 2 tbsp of cocoa to 100 ml of milk and stir well.
5. Put the dark chocolate.
6. Dissolve the agar-agar in water.
7. Pour it into the chocolate mixture.
8. Bring to a boil.
9. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared milk or juice carton.
10. Put in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
11. Sprinkle with cocoa.
