Easy bagels with jam on yeast-free dough: how to make them
Bagels with jam are a simple, versatile pastry that can be easily fed to the whole family. They can be made with ready-made puff pastry, or you can make your own yeast dough. But if there is no opportunity to fuss with the dough for a long time, then bagels can be made on a universal yeast-free dough. The pastry still turns out flavorful, lush and soft. In addition, such bagels can be even in the post.
