Ingredients:

  • cottage cheese - 360 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • apricot - 250 g
  • sweetener
  • pita bread - 110 g
  • almond petals - 5 g

Method of preparation:

1. Mix cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener.

2. Mix everything until smooth.

3. Cut the apricot into small pieces.

4. Add to the cottage cheese mixture, and mix well.

5. Spread the cheese filling over the pita bread.

6. Roll up the roll.

7. Brush it with egg yolk, sprinkle with petals, and put in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
